UK ORDERS
Inland orders are despatched via the Royal Mail using First Class Postal Service. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery from the date of your order.
Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders from public service organisations/local authorities/government agencies and all educational establishments. Simply email or send an official purchase order and goods will be delivered with an invoice. Our terms are 30 days from the date of invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges
All goods are sold with a money back guarantee. Anything that is unsuitable must be returned within 7 days from the date of invoice for a full refund minus postage and packing. Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were dispatched.
